It is quite humbling to be recognized on iTunes high up on their chart. We're currently number 9 on the Health and Fitness chart. Wow.

Thank you all for wanting to hear my story. It really is just the truth. I'm a normal guy that is trying to spread the word of health around the world while I do it as well. I am living what I preach.

It's not going to be an easy trip, but join me and once again, thank you to all listeners, downloaders from around the world. Your are appreciated and I'm dedicated to helping the obese community realize that if they want to lose over 100 pounds, they can DO IT WITH ME.
