No Cheat Meals ANYMORE!

I am trying to change my life forever and tapped into my cheat meal strategy. My cheat meals became such a stressful part of my life that I decided to make a healthy choice and bannish if from my life forever. Sure, once in a while I'll have a chocolate bar or some cookies, but an entire meal of bad, fatty and unhealthy calories...? Nope.

After calculating that 52 cheat meals add up to almost 2 months of possible progress, I thought "Wow, there has to be a better way..." There is! No more binge meals as a reward. Instead I'll have an additional half chicken or some MORE calories BUT GOOD calories. This makes sense for me at this time.

Here's a poem for every dad (and mom) out there...

I'm a dad, so I couldn't help post this one too...

Daddy's Footsteps

~Author Unknown~

Walk a little slower, Daddy,
Said a little child so small.
I’m following in your footsteps,
And I don’t want to fall.

Sometimes your steps are very fast,
Sometimes they’re hard to see;
So walk a little slower, Daddy,
For you are leading me.

Someday when I’m all grown up,
You’re what I want to be;
Then I will have a little child
Who’ll want to follow me.

And I would want to lead just right,
And know that I was true;
So, walk a little slower, Daddy,
For I must follow you.
