Goal for 2006!

A question for you...

What was your goal for 2006? Was it to get healthier? Was it to lose a few pounds? Did you want to start exercising and get fit? Well, 2006 has only 48 days left, but the good news is that you still have PLENTY of time to start your exercise regimen.


I have a goal in mind for the remainder of this year. Mine is to lose 12 pounds by 12/31. I wanted to throw out a goal that YOU could participate in as well.

My goal is to have the ENTIRE Zap 120 community lose as much weight as possible by December 31st, 2006. I challenge YOU to begin your weight loss program NOW - TODAY and lose as much weight as possible by the end of this year. If ALL listeners made a promise to themselves, to lose some weight by 12/31, we'd be a healthier and lighter world!

OK, what are the next steps? Well, I decided to create a topic in our forum called 2006 Challenge where you could enter anything that you'd like related to this post. Where you are, where you've been, tips for us and anything else that you'd deem relevant to a healthy lifestyle during 2006. The great news is that there are no prerequisites and even if you've had the THOUGHT of becoming healthy, you should post your story for feedback and to help others. Good luck and during January, I'll post the results of all the weight that ZOT listeners lost! I would like to make a donation of five cents for every pound accounted for from you to Breast Cancer research. NOW, where else would losing weight also benefit such a worthy cause?!!
