New look to the blog. I'm sure you'll like it.
1. No ads. Google ads were getting a little ridiculous with fad diets, etc.
2. The forum is still active. People may want to participate...
3. My Chingo audio comments are back. If you have a mic connected to your PC, then you can leave an audio comment. Takes about 2 minutes and it's a little more interactive.
4. I joined Traineo. If you have weight to lose, find me there using the badges on this blog (to the right of this post).
5. Frappr map is now a hyperlink OR you can add your location to the bottom of the page.
6. Mixes will be interactive to give you pics and exactly what I mixed. Hope you like mix 4.
7. Looking for someone to help with the forum and contribute ideas/topics. I can't do it all myself and would like someone to help out with admin responsibilities. If you're interested, you can email me using our profile link.
Thanks again for all of the email support and tips. Too good to be true. Here is a video that I found of Steve again. He hits the nail on the head - I think that I may TOO obsessed, therefore subconsciously sabotaging my plan. He's also right that a calorie deficit works on the cellular/low level (that just clicked!) and may not be visible on the scale or mirror until next week, etc.
