The person who heard me calling out asking for help...
The woman who is sending me a book (an actual gift to me...wow)...
The guy who sent an inspirational quote...
The fellow adoptee who encouraged me to stop beating myself up mentally...
The woman triathlete in training who encouraged me when I needed it and gave great tips...
The people from overseas (our struggles are the same even though we're miles away)
The fellow podcasting community...
The emails came pouring in and they still are...I can't list them all here, but if you sent one; you truly exceeded my expectations and I owe it to you to continue working out and staying positive...YOU GUYS are my inspiration.

I have so many wonderful friends out there. Although we haven't met, the fact that you took time out of your day to send me encouragement means so much to me. Thank you and I'd like to give you something back. I posted this before, but this is truly how I feel. A hug for you...
