What a week

This week, I'm on vacation from the business, BUT am having a blast subbing in my son's school. I have to tell you that kids are great when they want to learn and are Soooooo observant and clever. Again, the obesity that I'm observing breaks my heart. There was one girl today that was obese and during a test, I could hear her breathing loudly from about 7 feet away. Almost like a bulldog. She was about 5 foot and around (just a guess but probably accurate) 200 pounds. She was 11 years old. This really pissed me off. How could parents let this happen?!!

A few things this week:

  • Getting up at 4:15am to work out for an hour and a half. I know, I'm nuts, but if I don't do it, who will? Answer that and you get a gold star!

  • Show will probably not be out until next week sometime. I apologize, but things are crazy. We have 6 people staying in the house and I can't find the time to have an update.

  • Nigel from the U.K. has expressed concern about the site in IE. Is anybody having an issue viewing the site in ANY browser? Even if you're on a MAC? I develop the blog on a MAC, so I wonder if MY WISYWIG is different than PC...just a thought.
  • Thank you ALL for remembering us during Amazon.com shopping. It's helped and I'll be buying a new mic in a few weeks for the home. Thank you! And I bet you didn't even realize how much it helped!
  • Remember that the average human will consume close to 7000 calories on Thursday. If you will be one of them, then please fast tomorrow and Wednesday...Ha ha...
  • Make good and healthy choices, or have fun, cheat a little and just work out a little harder Friday and Saturday. You'll be just fine.
