The Final Countdown to "GOAL MET"

Isn't perception and relativity all part of this mind game of weight loss? You bet it is.

If you feel that you have to lose 100 pounds in one year isn't that a lot of weight in a large amount of time with time for P R O C R A S T I N A T I O N ? Ouch. If I fail, all I say, is "Oh well, I have another year"...and pretty soon, I'm in the ground. DEAD.

If I make myself accountable each and every WEEK, leading up to a MONTHLY goal of 6 pounds (hopefully more, but I'll take what I can!), I would have to answer to myself each 30 days or so if I failed or slacked? YOU would have to answer to yourself every few weeks. The number 6 is SO EASY SLAY AND DESTROY!! No more double digits...

A song for the occasion...thanks girls! A truly beautiful song.

One week, it's 5, then 4, 2 and then I'll be able to scribble "GOAL MET!" in my journal on December 31 (Holidays...Shmolidays!). Wow, what an awesome and inspiring notion. I printed numbers posted on my bathroom mirror and front door of the house. Little ones, just for me to see and remind me that I am only 5 or 2 pounds away from my MONTHLY goal. So easy; really try it! You'll be able to see progress on paper every week/month!
