I am reminded that in our country (United States), the male mortality rate is so high and premature. This evening, I shared a wonderful healthy meal with my wife and son at a restaurant that is frequented by retired people. The unfortunate thing was that there were many groups of 3 and 4 women without husbands. While we were waiting to be seated, two women came in alone and sat at two separate tables. My father in law died of heart complications, I recently met a 50 year old man that is on heart medication after his heart attack while he was 37! That is very young. Men, you owe it to yourself and your loved ones. Make 2007 THE year, YOUR year and promise yourself a life of healthier and happier times.
