Bad Pudding...

I attempted a protein bar recipe last night and I don't even want to go there!

I didn't have oats so I used premade steel cut oatmeal, sugar free pudding, protein, peanut butter and some skim milk. Well I think you really need to use oats because my "bar" was more like a pudding. Albeit, it tastes OK, not what I wanted. I'll keep you updated.

No Turkey before workouts. Thanks to Denise, I got my chemicals all straightened out...it's tryptophan.

After a great nights sleep, time to get up and wash, rinse, repeat once again.

Dave and friends....I love this recipe site it has anything and everything and it's reviewed by people with stars and comments. No not yet ...I haven't been doing much of anything but working and working out hiking with the dogs. Trying to rebuild. I see cooking in my future though and this will be one of the first things I try.
