Remember, EVERY pound that is reported to me as being a validated pound as of yesterday 11/13/2006 will have a nickel donated to this organization from me. I'm just asking that you try to lose as much as possible and email the results at the end of December. Love this idea! Since early November I've lost 21 pounds as of 1/9/07. Thanks for the added motivation via the blog and podcast!
