I have lost 9 pounds and have been working cardio AFTER my weight training. It is said that the 15 minutes in the beginning of a workout, is a "warm up" for the body which means that my 30 mins. of cardio is really only being effective for 15 minutes. I am doing resistance FIRST then using 3 different machines on the "Random" setting to help me along.
Work in the studio is almost complete and the sound quality should be broadcast quality ASAP. Hopefully, this weekend. We're doing great in iTunes thanks to: FitnessRocks.org and FormerFattie.com. Thanks you guys. Dr. Monte and Jonathan are a great support system!!!
