Hi everybody...thanks for pinning on the Frapper map - I'll eventually post it on the side - Hi Japan! I appreciate is!!. It lets me know that there are people all over this planet that are striving for one thing...to be healthy and live healthy. Thank you so much.

I posted a Daily Charge today to help you cope with Halloween. It's about 7 minutes of a review of some candies. Watch what your kids are eating and of course HOW MUCH in one sitting. I don't want to dampen the spirit, but the stuff that is given out is loaded with interesting things that I can't even pronounce.
