I found it amazing that such simple words and vocabulary could convey such an enormous amount or powerful information. AND it's free!!

A friend of mine emailed this to me this morning and I thought that I'd share it with my friends. EVERYTHING that I have encountered in my life is a result of MY CHOICES and NOT chances or luck. That hits hard. We all need to take responsibility for our choices and take back our health.
