While obesity is certainly effecting many of the wealthier places in the world, I can tell you from first hand experience the folks from Oz are some of the healthiest on the planet. They are truly beautiful people and we have alot to learn from them about how to engage in the environment surrounding them. All the cities and towns are condusive for getting outside and taking a walk - it's truly transformative and I hope to bring you some of that in three weeks from Sydney.
