No it's not something that you pay for, but a snipet of the "goings on" in my life during this journey to health.
Daily? Even though, it's in the name, maybe/maybe not... for now, as we can put them out.
The first one is up and is 8 minutes. "A cheat meal dilemma from last night". Results? Well, we're getting that ready now to put up.

So glad you chose the wrap....I was cheering you on. I had just ordered a chinese chicken salad and I was driving to pick it up, when I started listening to your podcast. Good choice. Aren't you glad you didn't choose the greasy burger....and to think, you actually walked into the place and washed your hands. How symbolic when you think of it. You washed those cravings right down the drain....heheh
