Remember, EVERY pound that is reported to me as being a validated pound as of yesterday 11/13/2006 will have a nickel donated to this organization from me. I'm just asking that you try to lose as much as possible and email the results at the end of December. Of course, I'd like the donation to be as much as possible, so this is where I'm counting on YOU and your discipline during the "holiday" time.
