ZDC #4 Finally up

I have been trying to get this file out to you all since yesterday. Didn't work for some reason. I finally was able to convert it correctly so it plays properly.

It has to do with committing to a diet/lifestyle change and not beating yourself up if you fail. The "All or Nothing" mentality will frustrate you the moment you mess up. Do NOT plan your diet or weight loss like this. Remember, slow and steady, with a few mess ups is fine. CONCENTRATE on WHY you're messing up (stress, depression, work, etc.) and move forward. Mentally beating yourself and giving up is not the way to do it. I've been there many times and I'm sure you've been there too. Hang in there...

While in CVS today picking up a few things, I noticed that all of the holiday candy was out in their nice little red, green and silver foil packaging trying to entice me. "Dave...buy me...". I thought for a moment. They are always there, but this time I noticed because the stores have bazillions of bags and display them at the entrance where you almost fall over them. Marketing...

I can always go into CVS and find chocolate, except this time it's being "pounded" into my head a little harder with the quantity and the psychology of my dialogue (Holidays, Oh No!). Beware, stay clear of stores if you know it's your weakness and move on. Holidays don't stress you out, it's your perception that will stress you out.

Strength to us all!

Dave O
