Very Early morning...

Good morning...

I haven't changed a thing on the RSS feed or anything in iTUnes. I do know that iTunes has been going through some bursts of downloads (Xmas ipods, downloads, etc.). I apologize, but I was able to re subscribe and continue to download all phone calls.

I am very proud of my 1/2/07 phone update regarding goalsetting and self honesty. This is the core of your success system. Be brutally honest with why you're not succeeding and you will be able to identify things in your personality that will allow you to control yourself rather than letting food control you. Thanks to Jeff for posting a Chingo audio comment. That was easy and painless. If you have a voice mic in your PC, you can do it too! C'mon!
