Larry eats an incredible amount of food and has no willpower. He is fooling himself and nobody around him. If you have about 10 minutes, I suggest watching this a few times and let the music (NLP again!) and tone of the film move you and motivate you.
Do you feel compassionate? Do you feel like calling him and asking him to exercise and be healthy? Do you WANT to help him? That's our humanity working. Now take that motivation that you feel toward HIM and use that to power your own personal goals so your family can enjoy your company.
Can fat be addicting? Can we play with our minds and convince ourselves that we're doing the best that we can possibly do?
Larry is our motivation. I wish him well and don't know his current state.
Peace, Dave

Dave,
I feel sorry for Larry. 2 and 1/2 years ago I would eat 3 huge helpings of spaghetti with french bread loaded with butter for dinner. My wife cut the 4x tag off my shirt, because she didn't want to hurt my feelings.
A few days after I started my journey I rented the movie "supersize me". Although I do not agree that obese people should be able to sue the fast food industry, I was struck when the doctor mention giving the drugs they give to dope addicts to food addicts it helped them resist food. And how the lights in the brain go on when obsese people smell food. I think when we can really get what Oprah said,"Food will never taste as good as being thin feels" the lights can go when we eat healthy,do cardio, and pump the weights.
Hopefully Larry will get his moment Dave, and start to do something about it.

10 years on the 5th floor of an apartment he can't leave? The people responsible for this should be punished. Turn off the cell phone and take him what he should eat. What's he gonna do? Chase you? People don't get this way without help. I wonder how can he afford to eat this way. I hope this never happens to me.
