A cold is keeping me down...

Funny, I haven't been sick in months. Now that I'm finally taking back my health, I catch a cold. Sore throat, sneezing, tiredness...this really stinks!

I put together 2 thirty minute mixes to work out to on the podcast. Hope you enjoy!

I did the exact same thing, actually.. Went from total desk booty-spread job to working out every other day and caught THE WORST flu ever..

I guess when weightlifters talk about breaking the muscle down to build it back up they're not kidding. It is really a beat-down and you do really lose some resistance. Your body's like.. "WHAT?"

I wonder if the cure for that is to maybe stay extra diciplined on your giant water portions when you're starting out..

Like watering a baby tree extra double hard when you re-pot it to help it adjust..
