Hey ZOT community!

Do you want to know how to succeed? Watch this nearly 2 minute video. It's all there in a nutshell. But then again, you already know this! Slow and steady wins the race!

Steve also brings up an excellent point which I spoke about in ZOT #4 last week. Weight loss IS indeed science. I also bring up the notion that it also involves psychology and really steering clear of sabatoge and bad choices. Thanks Steve!

"It's Science!" as Thomas Dolby used to say. I agree that this video hits the proverbial nail on the head. You need to have patience, especially when you hit those plateaus. Have faith and keep up the exercise, increasing your limits as your body adjusts and you will see results. Not overnight, but over time. Patience, patience, patience.
