I think that I found what I was looking for. Now, I don't know if this is for female as well. Maybe there are some physiological things that need to be tweaked. But, men, go to town on this one!

I'd say it's off by at least 500 calories for women. Oh that I could eat 1800 calories a day and still lose 1 pound a week even at 155 pounds. That would be in a perfect world I'm sure.
